Two second grade teachers found a way out of their ruts thanks to an investment in their professional wellbeing by the teachers union and the city’s public school district.

Teachers are taking on a bigger role in the classroom, according to district leaders across Central Florida, who are trying to get creative to bring in more support for their teachers and staff.
