In all we do, we seek to help create conditions where every educator can thrive. To get there, we help leaders integrate strategies proven to increase the well-being of educators and school communities. Our professional learning programs are driven by robust research to  target preventable causes of burnout, and help educators sustain themselves amidst the demands of the job.
 
Our measure of educator well-being helps identify areas of strength and opportunities to improve relational and tangible working conditions. Together with district, site and union leaders, we shift support for educators across all teams so that more can stay, be well, and do well.
