The New Haven Federation of Teachers (NHFT) received an AFT grant to support educator well-being in the summer of 2022.

Shari learned about the educator well-being survey in the summer of 2022, when CTU members participated in well-being professional development with Educators Thriving through an AFT grant.

“We had an increasing number of members saying, ‘We’re tapped out, burned out, and need support,’ ” said Stacey.
