SUSTAIN YOURSELF. SUPPORT YOUR STAFF.
Fall 2026 Texas Administrators Leading for Well-being Collaborative
The unique value of human leadership has never been clearer. Staff climate and culture sets the tone for classroom relationships and student success, so we are thrilled to announce an opportunity to enhance administrator well-being and in turn staff experience of their jobs.ā
Join fellow school administrators for a proven leadership development program — now enhanced with Reflex AI simulations. Engage in real-time practice, get targeted feedback, and leave with well-being strategies you can use tomorrow. Fully funded by Google.org, with a stipend upon completion.
What You Will Gain
Through the program, you will:
-
Strengthen your own well-being. This program is built around you, not just your role. Develop the leadership habits that research shows protect against burnout and sustain long-term effectiveness.
-
Get a staff well-being report based on our educator-generated measure of well-being. Know what is working and what could be improved, before it becomes critical.
-
Build skills that stick. Practice hard leadership conversations through real-time AI simulations that give immediate, personalized feedback.
-
Develop your network. Connect with peers to exchange ideas and address persistent challenges.
-
Get compensated for your time. Receive a $150–$300 stipend, depending on your cohort.
“How do we make sure that our educators are well so they can better serve our students? How do we make sure that we as leaders are taking feedback, but also focusing on the needs of ourselves as leaders in a space where there are so many challenges? These are tools that I use, our educators are using, and our students are benefiting from too.”
- Dr. Cynthia Jerez
