ABOUT THE WELL-BEING REPORT CARD
In the summer of 2022, we set out to define “educator well-being” by going straight to the source—speaking with educators themselves. We asked hundreds of educators, serving in a wide range of roles, settings, and geographic locations, what it means to experience workplace well-being—to really feel that their work is sustainable, engaging, and something they can commit to for the long haul. The 2025 Well-being Report Card presents our second annual round up of trends, concerns, and hopes shared by respondents across the country. Read the full report to gain insight into educator well-being nationwide and spark conversation to continue moving the profession forward in your community.
