There is a retention crisis across many roles in education, and even when people stay, low staff morale is a persistent challenge.
“91% of our budget is people. We have to make sure that that resource is healthy and ready to serve our students.”
- Dr. Michelle Rodriguez, Superintendent SUSD
WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
Our team includes experienced teachers, union reps, administrators, and central office leaders. Since our founding at Harvard in 2018, we’ve partnered with district, site, union and charter leaders to create a suite of staff well-being supports to match the evolving demands of the profession.
Our personal development programs equip educators with proven strategies to boost resilience and well-being. Our work with school and system leaders focuses on assessing and improving the well-being of entire school communities.

WHAT OUR PARTNERS ARE SAYING

“Many organizations focus on personal learning, but very few, if any, tackle the systems work and guide teams through the process like Educators Thriving does. This is the most important piece. You have to understand where people are, and this tool makes that possible.”
Stacey Vanderport
Mounds View Education Association, President
“I left each session feeling energized about something I can do or try in my professional life (EVERY time!) and my personal life (some of the time). I so appreciate that our facilitator was always completely present with our group, made everyone feel welcome, and brought such positivity to each and every session. Such a worthwhile opportunity that I feel blessed to have been a part of.”
