Core Program

The core of our program consists of twelve research-based online sessions.

  • Participants engage in each of the sessions over the course of 9 months with a small group of peers via our custom-built web platform.​

  • Sessions enable reflection, discussion, and interaction with the content. Participants integrate the strategies they learn about into their daily lives alongside their peers and a Teaching Fellow who provides individualized support and feedback.​​

  • Those who successfully complete the program have the opportunity to earn units that they can apply to salary advancement. 

Custom Program 

Research-based professional development customized to your needs.

  • Staff and participating educators gain access to asynchronous, research-based professional development customized to the needs of our county, district, or school partner.

  • Program leaders within the partner organization collaborate with Educators Thriving to integrate professional development content with existing programmatic structures and goals.

  • Alongside our research team, program partners create a customized well-being survey that is administered at baseline and at the end of year. On the basis of the results, Educators Thriving runs statistical analyses and produces an end-of-year synthesis report that includes clear, actionable next steps to improve employee well-being.

  • Educators Thriving creates a customized, members-only website for program participants and provides ongoing technical support as needed.

District Analysis

  • Educators Thriving collects quantitative and qualitative data to gain a clear picture of the well-being of your district's educator workforce. With clarity about bright spots and areas for improvement, Educators Thriving collaborates with senior leadership to identify high priority change objectives and tangible next steps.

  • For districts that want to go beyond the creation of a plan, Educators Thriving convenes and supports a diverse group of leaders throughout the district to drive lasting change.
